We process personal information that you provide when you register as a trade member, sign in, contact us, comment on editorial, or enter competitions. This is typically your name, work email, telephone number, agency or tour-operator name, and details of your role in the trade.

  • To verify that you are part of the travel trade and grant access to trade-only listings
  • To send the monthly magazine and trade communications you have opted in to
  • To respond to enquiries
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations

Our lawful basis

Most processing relies on your consent at registration. Some processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (granting trade access), or to comply with a legal obligation.
