Royal Air Maroc- New Credit Card payment options now available in South Africa!

Attention South African Travel Agents...

We are excited to announce that effective 28 April 2025, Royal Air Maroc now accept Visa and MasterCard as a convenient form of payment for ticketing in the South African BSP.

Important Card Payment Policy Update

In reference to IATA resolution 890 related to Customer Credit Card Sales Rules, Royal Air Maroc will not accept any payments made by credit cards issued in the name of a Travel Agent or any person permitted to act on their behalf. 

As such, only Customer Credit Cards will be accepted for the sale of passenger air transportation, and ancillary services.

Any violation of the above will be subject to an Agency Debit Memo (ADM) being issued through the ZA BSP equivalent to 10% of the total transaction amount.
