Qantas Gateway is coming

Qantas Agency Connect is moving to a single sign-on experience via Qantas Gateway. A one-time registration will be required during the transition from early April, replacing the current login process.

What’s changing?

Qantas Gateway will introduce individual credentials for enhanced security, single sign-on access to Qantas’ agency sites as they roll out under Qantas Gateway*, and improved admin features.

This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to making it easier to access the services and support you use every day.

What do I need to do?

No action is required at this stage. Please continue using Qantas Agency Connect as usual. We’ll share further details and registration steps closer to launch.
